Refund policy

RETURNS

We allow 3 days once you receive your order to contact us via email at seauxsouthernsmocked@gmail.com for any manufacturer errors/faults to your order so that we can resolve this for you - whether it be a refund or replacement (if extras are available). Please make sure you check everything once you receive your order.

YOU WILL RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDER

We will not refund for a size/design that you order if it does not fit, or you no longer like it once it has shipped to you. You are welcome to purchase a different size if there are extras available.

WE HAVE A STRICT NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY FOR ALL CUSTOM / NAME ITEMS

If you order a Custom item, or it is Personalized in any way - we do not offer any type of returns or refunds on these items. These are made specifically for your order and cannot be taken back for any return or refund UNLESS there is a manufacturer error only, and per Seaux Southern Smock's discretion.
